Our operations at Unit 6/63a Brenan St, Smithfield NSW 2164 are subject to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner's jurisdiction. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the OAIC if you believe we've mishandled your information.

How We Use Your Information
We use your data to run the service you've signed up for. Pretty straightforward, but here's the breakdown:
Service Delivery: Your financial data powers the scenario modeling calculations. We process your inputs to generate projections, comparisons, and analytical reports based on the parameters you set.
Platform Improvements: Aggregated usage patterns help us understand which features work well and which need refinement. This guides our development priorities for 2025 and beyond.
Communication: We'll send you important updates about your account, security alerts, and occasional product announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under Australian privacy law, we process your information based on:
- Contractual necessity – we need your data to provide the modeling services you've subscribed to
- Legitimate interests – improving our platform and preventing fraud protects both you and us
- Legal obligations – we retain certain financial records to comply with Australian tax and business laws
- Your consent – where you've explicitly agreed to additional data uses like market research participation
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We don't sell your personal information. Period. But we do work with carefully selected service providers who help us run the platform.
Service Providers We Use
These companies process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations:
- Cloud hosting: AWS Sydney region stores your data on Australian servers
- Payment processing: Stripe handles payment transactions securely (they never share your full card details with us)
- Email delivery: Our transactional emails go through SendGrid's Australian infrastructure
- Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics tools that don't create individual user profiles
- Customer support: Support ticket data is managed through Zendesk with data residency in Australia
When We Must Disclose Information
Sometimes we're legally required to share data with authorities:
- Valid legal processes like subpoenas or court orders
- Investigations by Australian regulatory agencies (ASIC, ATO, OAIC)
- Emergency situations where disclosure prevents serious harm
- Business transfers – if halquendorixa is acquired, your data moves with the service (you'll be notified)
Your Privacy Rights
You're in control of your data. Here's what you can do:

Delete Your Account
Request complete deletion of your account and associated data. We'll process this within 14 days, except for records we're legally required to keep.

Download all your financial scenarios in CSV or JSON format. Your data belongs to you, and we make it portable.
Restrict Processing
Temporarily pause certain data uses while we investigate a concern you've raised, without deleting your account.
Withdraw Consent
Opt out of marketing communications, analytics tracking, or other optional features you previously agreed to.
How to Exercise Your Rights: Email us at support@halquendorixa.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity (usually by confirming your account email) and respond within 30 days. There's no fee for reasonable requests, but we may charge for excessive or repetitive demands.
Security Measures
We've built security into every layer of our platform. Financial data deserves serious protection.
Despite our precautions, no system is completely invulnerable. If we detect a data breach that affects you, we'll notify you within 72 hours as required by Australian privacy law, along with steps to protect yourself.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it. Different data types have different retention schedules:
- Active accounts: Your data remains accessible while your subscription is active
- Inactive accounts: After 24 months of inactivity, we'll email a warning before archiving your account
- Deleted accounts: Most data is permanently deleted within 30 days, though financial records stay for 7 years (Australian tax requirements)
- Support records: Customer service interactions are kept for 5 years to maintain service quality and handle disputes
- Marketing data: Unsubscribed contacts are suppressed (not deleted) to honor your opt-out preference
You can request earlier deletion of certain data types by contacting our support team. We'll accommodate requests unless retention is legally mandated.
International Data Transfers
halquendorixa primarily stores data in Australian data centers. However, some service providers operate globally, which may involve transferring your information outside Australia.
When we transfer data internationally, we ensure:
- Recipients are in countries with substantially similar privacy protections to Australia
- Contracts include standard contractual clauses approved by privacy regulators
- Data is encrypted during transfer and while stored overseas
- We conduct due diligence on overseas providers' security practices
Currently, limited data (like email delivery logs) may be processed in US-based systems operated by our service providers. All providers are contractually bound to protect your information according to Australian privacy standards.
Children's Privacy
halquendorixa's scenario modeling tools are designed for adults managing personal or business finances. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.
If you're a parent and discover your child has created an account with us, please contact support@halquendorixa.com immediately. We'll delete the account and associated data promptly.

We update this policy periodically to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by:
- Email to your registered address (at least 30 days before changes take effect)
- Prominent notice on your dashboard when you log in
- Updated "last modified" date at the top of this page
Continuing to use halquendorixa after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you can close your account before the effective date.
