Programs completed beyond 60% of total content, unless technical issues prevented proper completion
Downloaded resources, templates, or tools that you've saved to personal devices
One-on-one consulting sessions already conducted or scheduled within 48 hours
Special promotional access or bundled offers after breaking the bundle by using individual components
Certificate fees already processed for program completion credentials
Monthly subscriptions after the first billing cycle if you've accessed new content
Group workshop spots if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before start date
Partial Refund Scenarios
Between 10-30% content completion: 75% refund of program cost
Between 31-50% content completion: 50% refund of program cost
Between 51-60% content completion: 25% refund of program cost
Early program withdrawal with downloaded resources: Refund minus resource value
Subscription cancellation mid-billing cycle: Prorated refund for unused days
Workshop cancellation 7-14 days before start: 50% refund of registration fee
