Built on Real Financial Challenges
We started halquendorixa in 2019 after watching too many Australian businesses make expensive decisions based on incomplete financial pictures. The tools available then were either too simple to matter or too complex to use daily.
So we built something different. Software that models genuine financial scenarios without needing a background in advanced mathematics or a consultant on retainer.
From Spreadsheet Chaos to Clarity
The turning point came during a conversation with a Perth manufacturing owner who spent three weeks rebuilding financial models just to test whether a new product line made sense. She had the data, knew her margins, understood her market. But translating that into reliable projections required rebuilding formulas from scratch every time.
That's when we realized the problem wasn't about better spreadsheets. It was about creating flexible modeling frameworks that business owners could actually adjust themselves when market conditions changed or new opportunities emerged.
By mid-2020, we'd built our first working system. Today, we help businesses across Australia run scenarios that would have taken days in hours instead—without sacrificing depth or accuracy.
Who Actually Builds This
Small team. Deep experience in both financial services and software. We're not trying to replace accountants or financial advisors—we're building tools that make their recommendations easier to test and implement.

Strategic Development Director
Spent twelve years in corporate treasury before co-founding halquendorixa. The transition happened after realizing that mid-sized businesses faced identical forecasting challenges to large corporates but had fraction of the resources. Now focuses on translating complex financial modeling approaches into accessible tools. Based in Sydney, works primarily with clients navigating expansion decisions or significant operational changes. Outside work, lectures occasionally at UTS on practical scenario planning.
How We Actually Work
Our approach centers on building reusable financial frameworks rather than one-off projections. When business conditions shift—and they always do—you can adjust variables without reconstructing entire models.
Transparent Assumptions
Every projection shows its underlying assumptions clearly. No black boxes. If you disagree with a variable or want to test alternative inputs, you can see exactly where it affects outcomes and modify accordingly.
Iterative Refinement
Initial models are deliberately simple. Then we layer complexity only where it adds real decision-making value. Most businesses find that three to five key variables drive 80% of their outcomes—we help identify which ones matter for your specific situation.
Integration with Existing Workflows
Works alongside whatever accounting software or financial systems you currently use. We're not replacing your existing infrastructure—we're adding scenario analysis capability that connects to your actual numbers and updates as your business data changes.
